All our products are custom-made using 3D printing technology and are hand-painted. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations may occur between the product images and the final product received. These variations are not considered defects but are part of the uniqueness of each item.

3. Order Placement and Processing

• • Processing Time: As all items are made to order, please allow 5 to 20 days for production. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume.

4. Pricing and Payment

• • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

• • We accept payments through Razorpay, Patpal.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• • Dispatch: Orders are dispatched after the production period, which ranges from 5 to 20 days.

• • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the selected method and destination.

• • Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to monitor the shipment’s progress.

6. Cancellation Policy

• • After 12 hours, the production process begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.

7. Refund and Return Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and returns are subject to the following conditions:
